To resolve this issue when using Windows 10 1507 or 1511, install Surface Marvell driver version 15.68.9040.67 by downloading the updated driver from this article.
To do this, follow these steps:

1.

Download the hotfix (KB3177078) from this article.

2.

Run the hotfix, and choose a folder where you want to unzip the files.

3.

In the folder that you saved the files to, run the file SurfaceMarvellDriverInstall_160100_2.msi

4.

Restart Windows when prompted
